BROWNIE ICE CREAM SANDWICHES at 00:04![]() Ingredients
First, preheat the oven to 350°. While waiting for the oven to heat up, cut a grease proof paper long enough to fit in the two square pans, allowing a two-inch overhang on each end. Then, lightly coat the paper with butter. After that, take a pan and put in the chocolate and the butter and simmer it on a low heat until it melted, let it cool for a while. Next, put in the eggs and sugar into a mixer and mix it at a medium speed. When it looks fluffy, slowly add the melted chocolate mixture and the vanilla extract until it mixes evenly. Then, put in the flour and salt into the mixer and fold it in order for it to mix well. When the mixing is done, divide the batter evenly among the pans and put it into the oven for about thirteen to fifteen minutes. Next, make sure that the brownies is well bake by poking a toothpick or any stick that is similar to the toothpick into the brownies. When the toothpick comes out sticky, wait for a few minutes more and check it one more time until it comes out clean. After that, take out the brownies and cool it completely in pans on a wire rack for almost two hours. Lastly, spread three cups of ice cream on one brownie while remove the other brownie from the pan, peel away the grease proof paper and place it over the ice cream layer gently. After that, freeze it for one night. When it is done, remove the brownies from the pan and peel of the paper. In addition, cut the brownies into a triangular shape to form eight servings. If desired, decorate the brownies by drizzling a melted chocolate over the brownies and serve it immediately.
